Jawatan Kosong Dental Surgery Assistant DSA in Ampang

Looking for a DSA at Ampang!

Job Scope:

• Dental nurse with or without experience is welcome.
• Ensure the care and welfare of all patients including monitoring patients during treatments, and offering about support needed.
• Advise patients on effective oral hygiene including proper teeth brushing techniques and the importance of flossing.
• Complete regular stock checks of dental materials, ensuring there adequate stock of materials within the surgery. Inform doctor (with a list) of stock almost finishing. List updated daily.
• Assist with administrative duties including greeting and checking in patients, booking appointments, calculating treatments costs, and taking payments.
• take /assist in taking dental x-ray of patients.
• Prepare impression & filling materials including mixing dental alginate, mixing filling material ; pour impression with dental stone.
• Creating content for clinic social media (including taking pictures & videos of patient pre & post treatment & reviews)
• To handle all customer inquiries related to dental treatments & pricing coming from phone calls & whatsapp. For M City Dental also the same.
• Maintain clinic hygiene - every morning after clock in to the clinic, you are required to follow the clinic cleaning timetable and do your clinic cleaning duties.
• Buy clinic essentials (for cleaning & disposables) - toiletries,detergent,gloves,hand wash, sanitizer, etc. claim your payment from the clinic with proof of receipt payment.

Salary:

RM 1700 - RM 1900 based on experience

EPF / SOCSO / EIS is provided

Working hours:

• Mon - Wed ( 10 am - 7pm)
• Fri - sat (10 am - 7 pm)
• Sun (10 am - 3.30 pm)
• Thursday ( Day off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus

Willingness to travel:
