Job Description

1. Tugas Penghantaran (Despatch)

• Penghantaran Pantas: Menghantar barang ke pelanggan dengan pantas dan selamat.

• Kutipan Bayaran: Menguruskan kutipan tunai (COD) dan memastikan dokumen seperti Invois atau Delivery Order ditandatangani dengan betul.

• Semakan Barang: Memastikan invois dan barang adalah betul sebelum keluar untuk penghantaran bagi mengelakkan kesilapan.

2. Tugas Am (Pekerja Am)

• Pengurusan Stok: Membantu memunggah barang delivered daripada pembekal dan menyusun di rak stor mengikut kategori.
• Pembungkusan: Membantu membungkus barang dengan rapi supaya tidak rosak atau pecah semasa dihantar & disusun.
• Kebersihan Kedai: Memastikan kawasan kedai dan stor sentiasa kemas, bebas daripada tumpahan minyak atau habuk.
• Kiraan Stok (Stock Take): Membantu melakukan pemeriksaan baki stok secara bulanan atau mingguan.
