Jawatan Kosong Site Supervisor in Putrajaya

Responsibilites :

• Oversee and manage civil and structural, architectural, ID projects, ensuring coordination, supervision, and control of all related activities.
• Plan and organize site activities, manage schedules, and monitor progress to ensure work stays within budgetary constraints.
• Coordinate and monitor the progress of subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Facilitate seamless workflow between subcontractors, projects, and departments, ensuring efficient communication and coordination.
• Identify and address issues at construction sites, ensuring solutions are of high quality.
• Execute assignments according to work schedules through effective site planning.
• Identify and prepare variation orders as needed for project modifications.
• Manage daily site reports and report to the project manager.

Requirements :

• Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 1-2 years relevant working experience in building and construction industry.
• Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
• Must possess own vehicle and is computer literate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
