Providing administrative support to Project Managers and members of the senior leadership team you role will play a vital role in facilitating team operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Your expertise will empower our teams to thrive and innovate in their projects.

The Opportunity

• Support senior colleagues with various administrative tasks, including timesheet management, staff onboarding and arranging travel and logistics for team events, meetings, and workshops.
• Generate client invoices, credit control and managing project documentation in alignment with Arup standards.
• Support Project Teams in the preparation of tender documents and bid coordination
• Responds to enquiries and requests for information, and provides guidance on Arup systems and processes
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and suggesting solutions to enhance efficiency

Is this role right for you?

• Considerable experience in administrative support to project teams within a consulting or engineering environment including the preparation of tenders/bids
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing tasks and projects.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• A proactive mindset, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
