Jawatan Kosong MAINTENANCE CLERK in Ipoh

• Able to do planning & clerical work for lorry movement
• Able liase with drivers Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers
• Possibly delegating certain customer enquiries to specific terms
• Managing incoming calls and emails
• Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
• Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales target
• Actively participate in and drive continuous improvement projects
• Reporting back on results
• Manage maintenance records
• Organize and supervise maintenance staff
• Perform basic maintenance tasks
• Resolve maintenance issue
• Monitor supplies and order new materials when needed

Requirements

• Positive attitude, willing to learn, detail-oriented, highly responsible and able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge in computer systems
• Male only

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
