Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage all contract administration activities for projects secured through tender or direct appointment, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, timely execution, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end administration of contracts from award to closeout.
2. Interpret contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
3. Coordinate with legal and commercial teams on contractual matters.
4. Review tender documents and develop contract strategies.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare submissions, pricing, and technical documents.
6. Evaluate commercial terms and provide recommendations to management.
7. Oversee project implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
8. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and third-party services.
9. Monitor progress, track milestones, and report on key project metrics.
10. Act as the main liaison with clients, consultants, and authorities.
11. Facilitate meetings and communication between internal teams and stakeholders.
12. Resolve disputes and issues arising during contract execution.
13. Maintain accurate records of all contract-related documentation.
14. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
15. Conduct internal audits and prepare reports for senior management
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, or related field.
2.Professional certifications in contract management, project management, or commercial law are an added advantage.
3. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in contract administration, commercial management, or a similar role.
4.Proven track record of handling contracts for large-scale projects (preferably in oil & gas, construction, or engineering sectors).
5.Experience dealing with government tenders and direct appointments is highly preferred.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
