Jawatan Kosong PRODUCTION SHIFT SUPERVISOR in Seremban

a. Responsible to inspect, observe, analyze and control all activities involved in the glove manufacturing operations based on the procedure requirements, work instructions and specifications.

b. To ensure all the system, process and equipment or raw materials are operate normal according to specification and as per schedule.

c. To supervise the production operation and ensure the quality of glove produce are according to company standard requirements.

d. To take immediate response and action if found any abnormality and report to Production Executive.

e. To check the samples of gloves, identify its sources, to monitor and examine the area where the problem occurred, and take effective action to solve the problem.

f. To communicate and hand over job when taking over shift.

g. To do trouble shooting on the daily issues in production line in order to reduce downtime, B-grade and reject gloves in production lines.

h. To check and monitor the printing and offline maintenance activities.

i. To train and brief the Supervisor, Leader and Operators regarding work procedure, work instruction, specification and quality standard and also to continually monitor their work performance.

j. To update and verify all the required data into the system and complete all the required reports in Dipping Section.

k. To approve, control and monitor chemical preparation, topping up and usage of the chemical.

l. To ensure the cleanliness of all equipment and tanks in moulding area and also the safety of employees.

m. To ensure proper records and documents pertaining to documented procedures.

n. To check and monitor workers’ attendance and behavior, if any misconduct required to report to Production Executive/Human Resource Department.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma in any field or equivalent.
• Looking for candidate who are aggressive, responsible and committed
• Initiative, creative, analytical and results-oriented.
• Independent and is able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Detail-Oriented person is welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
