✅ Pengurusan Media Sosial & Pemasaran Digital

• Mengendalikan akaun media sosial syarikat (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram).
• Membantu dalam penyediaan kandungan (posting, video, gambar, caption).
• Menyusun jadual posting dan memastikan engagement dengan pelanggan.
• Menjalankan live streaming di TikTok/Facebook untuk mempromosikan kereta terpakai.

✅ Pengurusan Urusan Kenderaan

• Mengurus dokumen jual beli kenderaan, road tax, insurans & pemindahan hak milik.
• Menyusun dan mengemaskini senarai stok kenderaan di sistem.
• Mengurus pertanyaan pelanggan tentang stok kenderaan & status tempahan.
• Menyelaraskan proses penyelenggaraan & servis kenderaan sebelum dijual.

✅ Penyelenggaraan Rekod & Dokumentasi

• Mengurus fail dan rekod berkaitan jualan serta pemasaran kenderaan.
• Menyediakan laporan jualan, kemasukan stok, dan data pelanggan.
• Memastikan semua dokumen berkaitan kenderaan lengkap dan dikemas kini.

✅ Sokongan Operasi & Khidmat Pelanggan

• Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan melalui WhatsApp, media sosial, dan panggilan telefon.
• Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan mengenai status urusan kenderaan mereka.
• Membantu dalam urusan pentadbiran berkaitan operasi syarikat.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
