Job Scope:

-Partner Acquisition - Acquire Retail Stores To Sign Up As Service Points, Offering Parcel Collection/Drop-Off Services To Sellers And Buyers.

-Every Sales Agent Will Be Give A List Of Targeted Locations And Agents Are Required To Pitch Program To The Target Stores
(Or Any Eligible Retail Store Within 250m Radius From Targeted Locations; Eligible Stores = Opening Hours: Minimum 5.5 Days A Week, Open Until 6PM)

-Handle The Entire Process From Lead Acquisition, Contract Signing, And Delivery Of POSM, To Onboarding And Training Of The New Partners.

Requirements:

◦ Good Command Of Malay And English, Both Written And Spoken

◦ Good Relationship Management Skills

◦ Ability To Work Independently And Meet Targets

◦ Able To Pitch Confidently & With A Driven Attitude To Achieve Sales Target

◦ Outgoing Personality And Good Negotiation Skill

◦ Basic Knowledge Of Excel, Including Data Entry And Simple Spreadsheet Management

◦ SPM Level Education Or Above

◦ Knowledge In Logistics Related Operation Is A Plus

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9:30 am To 6:30 pm

Basic Salary + Travel Allowance + Language Allowance (Mandarin) + Performance Incentives + Lead Incentives

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
