JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote quality awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
• Provide guidance and assistance to other units including equipment maintenance and repair, procurement and administrative functions in resolving quality control problems.
• To monitor the implementation of the company’s Health & Safety policy, drawing any concerns to the attention of the manager in charge.
• To be the first point of contact for dealing with identified hazards in the company.
• To establish and implement a system for reporting hazards.
• To liaise regularly with site management staff over identified hazards within their area of responsibility.
• To undertake regular inspections of the office premises to identify any potential hazards.
• To conduct investigations into accidents to staff reporting to the HSE
• To be responsible for conducting fire drills and monitoring their effectiveness.
• To establish and conduct a risk assessment procedure, and co-ordinate all risk assessments throughout the company.
• To implement and comply with MS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, QHSE requirement including contract of tubular inspection, maintenance, and cleaning (NDT services).
• To achieve Quality Policy and Quality Objective target.
• To update, ensure comply and maintained all MS ISO 9001:2015 data/records and practices.
• To responsible and main custodian in STSB ISO 9001 accreditation and their quality services.
• To develop, identify and give in-house quality training and inspection programme for worker or STSB personnel.
• To be accountable on all designated and specific task given by CEO.
• To analysis the department weakness and purpose action for improvement.
• To carry out any duties as directed by the Company Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
