• Inspection and Testing: Perform regular inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Documentation: To receive goods from suppliers and to check the quantity, quality received match with the product dimension and DO.
• Defect Identification: Identify and report any defects, deviations, or non-conformities in products or processes, and work with production teams to resolve these issues.
• Calibration and Maintenance: Ensure that inspection equipment and tools are calibrated and maintained properly to ensure accurate measurements and testing.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement process improvements and quality control measures to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.
