Job Description

The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales transactions, and supporting the sales team in daily operations. Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues.

• Sales Support: Help customers find products, offer recommendations, and promote special offers or promotions to drive sales.

• Transaction Processing: Operate cash registers, process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments), and issue receipts or refunds accurately.

• Stock Management: Assist with restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented and priced correctly.

• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized store environment, including tidying shelves, cleaning displays, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
