Ringkasan Jawatan

Perunding hartanah bertanggungjawab membantu pelanggan membeli, menjual, atau menyewa hartanah seperti rumah, tanah, atau bangunan komersial. Mereka bertindak sebagai penasihat profesional dalam urusan pasaran hartanah.

Tanggungjawab Utama

Mencari dan mendapatkan listing hartanah (subsale, projek baru, sewaan)

Memberi khidmat nasihat kepada pelanggan tentang harga pasaran dan pelaburan

Mengurus lawatan tapak (property viewing) dengan pelanggan

Berunding harga antara pembeli dan penjual

Menyediakan dokumen berkaitan seperti SPA (Sales & Purchase Agreement)

Memasarkan hartanah melalui platform online dan offline

Membina dan mengekalkan hubungan baik dengan pelanggan
