Jawatan Kosong ADMIN CLERK in Teluk Panglima Garang

Job Descriptions :

  • Providing all aspects of corporate sales business as and when needed, cover on contracts and project administration.
  • Liaise with other internal teams (as and when required) to ensure the smooth execution of administrative and operational duties.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects
  • Assist on corporate sales client quotation inquiry and preparation, sales order fulfillment and delivery arrangement.
  • Assist on payment relevant inquiry including claim submission, claim inquiry, payment collection and fulfillment arrangement.
  • Assist on identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize within a busy workload.
  • Initiative to work with a minimum of supervision.
  • Excellent IT skills including competence with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook in particular).
  • Willing to travel to HQ at Bukit Raja Klang (near Setia Alam)
