CLIENT: CONTRACTOR FOR HOSPITALS

A Project Manager in a hospital contracting environment oversees construction, renovation, M&E, infrastructure, or maintenance projects within healthcare facilities while ensuring compliance with strict hospital standards, safety regulations, and operational continuity.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hospital construction or upgrading projects
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and hospital stakeholders
• Monitor project timeline, budget, and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with:
• Ministry of Health (MOH) requirements
• OSHA & safety regulations
• Infection control protocols
• Cleanroom / HVAC standards where applicable
• Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports
• Oversee site activities and contractor performance
• Handle procurement coordination and material approvals
• Ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations during works
• Monitor testing & commissioning before handover
• Manage documentation:
• Progress claims
• Variation orders (VO)
• RFIs
• Site reports
• Handover documents

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
