RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure timely collection of specimens from clients and prompt dispatch of laboratory results.
• Complete daily rounds, ensuring all tasks are performed according to schedule.
• Record and confirm the receipt of results by clients.
• Respond to client requests for laboratory supplies, such as specimen collection containers, syringes, and other necessary items.
• Ensure specimens are transported safely and strictly follow specimen transportation procedures.
• To collect blood components from the PDN/ Blood Bank State hospitals to the hospital.
• Ensure all specimens are send to the correct external lab or companies as per required
• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, directing them to the appropriate person.
• Assist with emergency duties or additional tasks as required by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• SPM or equivalent.
• Have a valid motorcycle license.
• Prior experience in a similar dispatch or logistics role is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

• Performance bonus
