Requirement :

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Proven experience in accounting (2 years)
• Experienced in Internal Audit
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (SQL)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities :

• Handle daily accounting and finance-related transactions.
• Prepare and maintain full set of accounts.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, debit notes, credit notes, and official receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure financial records are accurate and updated.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of management reports.
• Monitor company cash flow, payment schedules, and outstanding collections.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documentation and records.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, and government authorities when required.
• Assist in conducting internal audit and compliance checking on company processes and financial transactions.
• Review supporting documents and ensure transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor internal control procedures and highlight any non-compliance or discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing audit reports, findings, and recommendations for improvement.
• Support management in improving financial controls, operational efficiency, and risk management practices.
• Maintain proper audit documentation and records for reference and compliance purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
