As a Property Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets. • Prospect, identify, and establish relationships with potential residential and commercial property buyers.
• Conduct property showings, presentations, and tours to potential clients.
• Provide expert advice to clients on real estate investment opportunities and market trends.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, property values, and competition.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
