We are looking for a Data Team Leader who is expertise and performance management for a team of Accounting Research Analysts ensuring accuracy and productivity of data collection from various public disclosures systems.

The role will also interface with global stakeholders and internal customers. The Data Team Leader will be accountable for the performance, training, and continuous improvement of their team. The role will report to the Data Operations Manager and will also work proactively with internal customers, to ensure they get the very best service. The Data team leader will role model company values and inspire excellence by operating to high standards, delivering class-leading performance. The role will champion an engagement culture that will thrive on pace, change, and improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Team Performance Management – Oversee the performance of 15+ Accounting Data Entry Specialists, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, timely delivery, and adherence to people metrics.

• Escalation & Risk Management – Act as the regional escalation point, resolving issues and mitigating risks effectively.

• Stakeholder Communication – Engage with global leadership to align service delivery expectations and support process and personnel decisions.

• Training & Retention – Develop and retain team members while improving efficiency and effectiveness across the business.

• Process Improvement & Analysis – Continuously analyze activities to drive both reactive and proactive operational enhancements.

• Performance Monitoring & Engagement – Maintain key performance metrics, enhance service levels, and foster a culture aligned with the company’s core values.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience & Education – Previous experience in customer-focused teams within a service delivery environment; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, or evidence of continued learning.

• People & Leadership Skills – Strong people skills with motivation to achieve team and individual goals; role model the company’s core values to create a high-performing team.

• Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement – Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to foster a culture of improvement and adaptability.

• Communication & Collaboration – Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels and across multiple time zones.

• Organization & Resilience – Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage shifting priorities; strong resilience to navigate challenges, changes, and ambiguity.

• Data & Decision-Making – Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and/or proprietary tools to inform operational decisions.
