Jawatan Kosong Customer Service Executive in Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for you, and we want to know you better.

• You will provide excellent customer service and manage the needs of customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone and email).
• Professionally handle the large number of query needs of customers.
• You will be responsible for achieving personal (KPI) and team goals.
• Understand and provide business strategies, and improve customer service by implementing self-service.
• Continuously improve the workflow.
• Communicate with the team leader and/or manager to perform the administrative duties of the office when the work requires.
• We must show a high degree of integrity and confidentiality, and always maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
• Master the customer's problems and concerns, including operational problems, pricing, invoice inquiries, etc.

Requirements

• We are looking for applicants with good oral and written skills in 中文&English & Cantonese.
• Customer service experience is preferred, but it is not necessary. Education SPM also encourages new graduates to apply.
• Personality traits - good attitude, enthusiasm, attention to details, responsible, trustworthy, moral and goal-oriented.
• Customer service skills - attention, compassion, patience and consistency, persuasion, perfect telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and difficult problem solving skills.
• Endurance, able to withstand pressure.
• Willing to work in shifts (with night shifts)), able to work on public holidays and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
