Operations Management:

AJob Title: Teashop Outlet Manager

Location: Cameron Highlands

Reports To: Teahouse Manager

Job Summary:

The Teashop Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the teashop, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving business goals. This role involves managing staff, optimizing store performance, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the teashop, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain high standards of product quality and service.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise teashop staff.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and queries.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement promotions and loyalty programs.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor and manage daily sales, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to track store performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Compliance and Standards:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the teashop.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverage products.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Develop and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective campaigns.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a teashop or café setting.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Restaurant management: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
