JOB HIGHLIGHTS

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*Read and understand Construction Techincal Drawings, detail Scope of Work, Schedule, MTO as per given task.
*Plan and prepare minimum one month in advance Machinery, Testing and Measuring Equipment as per given task.
*Assist to prepare Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Work Method Statement & Risk Assessment (MSRA) for the project according to Client quailty and HSE requirement.
*Perform project material inspection at source and prepare punch list and clearance.
*Attend pre-inspection planning meetings/progress meetings.
*Effective implementation and coordination of receiving inspection and disposition of non-conforming materials and equipment.
*Site QC inspection progress update and mitigation plan discussing In daily TBM and weekly meetings.
*Monitor and track Quality Observation Report (QOR), prepare for QOR closure as per Client and Rotary qualilty requirements.
*Managing and coordinating of subcontractors quality control & workmanship which engaged in the project.
*Monitoring and control of measuring and testing equipment calibration status and good for use condition.
*Prepare and submit project quality test packages according to Client turnover system requirements.
*To read and understand Client, contractor and vendor engineering documentation and electronic data to fully define the work scope in system packages that enable useful commissioning and start up work.
*To read and understand the complex engineering systems that involve the multitude of interconnected mechanical, piping , electrical , HVAC and control systems accompanied at times with associated modules, sub systems, controllers and instrumentation etc.
*Lead and coordinate with engineering & QC team for the update of system drawings (red line marp up) and the as built drawing for smooth handover of systems to client.
*Understand the plant TOP systems, support technical assistance and coordination of relavent authories for the TOP process .
