Jawatan Kosong QAQC Supervisor Kempas / Construction in Johor Bahru

• Lead and manage QAQC inspectors and quality control personnel on-site.
• Ensure all construction activities and materials comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality-related activities.
• Compile and submit inspection reports to the QAQC Manager or Project Manager.
• Identify non-conforming work or materials, ensure corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to uphold quality standards.
• Ensure QAQC activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide recommendations for improving quality processes and implement best practices.
• Interface with clients and third-party inspectors to demonstrate quality compliance.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, degree, or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related QAQC experience in the construction industry; supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to work 6 days per week.
• Must be willing to work in Kempas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
