• performing essential duties such as drafting correspondence, organizing documents, managing office supplies, scheduling appointments and answering inquiries from visitors and callers
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Assisting supervisors and staff with company projects and tasks
• answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
• maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
• typing, preparing and collating reports
• organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• managing database
• liaising with relevant organisations and clients
• coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
