Jawatan Kosong Operations Specialist - Broking in Kuala Lumpur

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Insurance Operations - Policy Processing/ Policy Servicing (Supporting Singapore)

The policy processing/servicing team efficiently processes insurance policies for the Singapore team

We will count on you to:

• Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation)
• Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships.
• Adheres to Company policies and performance standards.
• Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA) , Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives
• on queries and errors as well as assisting in developing action plan to drive improvement

What you need to have:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in any field
• 2 – 4 years’ experience in Policy Processing/ Policy Servicing role.
• High Proficiency in using MS Office Application
• Good work ethics with high level of integrity, detailed oriented, compliant and process driven
