Our client, a reputable Real Estate Firm that is one of the market leaders in real estate industry and they have been growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking for a passionate Accounts Executive to join their big family. As part of the company, you will report to the Finance Manager and work with their Finance team to handle the accounting duties for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR)
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Process staff claims and supplier payments
• Assist in preparing financial reports
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
• Support month-end closing activities
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties (e.g. auditors, vendors)

Additional Information/ Requirement:

• Minimum possession of a LCCI or Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required
• Knowledge of SST, UBS and/or SQL accounting software
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
• Attention to detail
