Jawatan Kosong QMS EXECUTIVE in Simpang Renggam

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible QMS Executive to maintain and improve the company’s Quality Management System. The candidate will be responsible for document control, audit preparation, corrective action follow-up, QMS KPI monitoring, and ensuring compliance with ISO/IATF requirements.

This role is suitable for someone who is systematic, organized, firm in follow-up, and able to ensure all QMS records and evidence are properly checked before submission or closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Control and maintain QMS documents such as SOP, WI, forms, checklists, QSP and related quality documents.
• Ensure only the latest document revision is used and obsolete documents are properly removed.
• Maintain document master list and revision records.
• Prepare and support internal audit, external audit and customer audit activities.
• Follow up audit findings and corrective actions until closure.
• Track CAR, ICAR, SCAR, NCR and other quality-related actions.
• Verify corrective action evidence before submission or closure.
• Monitor QMS-related KPI such as audit compliance, obsolete document findings, calibration schedule compliance and corrective action closure.
• Support calibration record tracking and follow up with equipment owners.
• Prepare monthly QMS reports and support management review preparation.
• Work closely with QA, QC, Production, Engineering, HR, Purchasing, Warehouse and Maintenance teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in QMS, QA, document control or audit-related role is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong documentation and follow-up skills may be considered.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with internal audit, document control, CAR, SCAR, ICAR, NCR or 8D is preferred.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Good Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet skills.
• Detail-oriented, systematic, responsible and able to work with different departments.
