Jawatan Kosong General Clerk

Position : General Clerk

Industry : Aircon Repair & Service Company

Location : Taman Rosmerah JB

Salary & Benefits :

• EPF Socso
• Basic salary of RM2000-2300
• Transport allowances RM200
• Full attendance bonusRM200

Working Time : 6 days

• Mon - Fri | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM ; Sat | 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Scope :

• Administrative tasks : Handling paperwork (Quotation, PO, DO & Invoice).
• Scheduling : Arranging work for technicians.
• Click in Data Entry.
• Stock & Store Management.
• Customer Service: Handling inquiries from walk-in customers and social media.
• The workload is varied, and another admin is available to share responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• At least 2-3 years work experience of related
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
