We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Technical Support professional to provide hands-on support across our group of restaurants. This role ensures smooth operational performance by assisting with systems implementation, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating maintenance, and supporting operational projects across outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical and operational support to restaurant teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve POS, network, and equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment repair, software updates, and maintenance.
- Assist in the rollout and training of new systems, such as POS upgrades, reservation platforms, or inventory software.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations, service contracts, and technical assets.
- Support restaurant openings, renovations, and operational audits.
- Monitor and report operational performance metrics, providing insights for process improvement.
- Liaise between restaurant teams and the corporate office to ensure efficient communication and follow-up on operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or multi-outlet operational support role.
- Basic technical knowledge of POS systems, networking, and restaurant technology platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel between outlets as needed.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with POS system Zeoniq similar software.
- Familiarity with inventory or procurement systems (e.g., FMH).
- Hands-on understanding of restaurant operations and service flow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
