Job Description & Details
Position: Sales Manager
Salary: RM4,500 – RM5,000
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday (Friday Off)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Lot 8062, PM 73, Guntong Bandar Satelit Islam Pasir Tumboh, 16150 Kota Bharu, Kelantan

1) Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company sales targets.
2) Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure continuous growth.
3) Conduct regular performance evaluations and deliver constructive feedback to team members.
4) Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to increase sales growth.
5) Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer requirements to improve sales effectiveness.
6) Collaborate with company management to set achievable sales goals and targets.
7) Provide hands-on support to the sales team during daily sales activities when necessary.
8) Ensure smooth sales operations while maintaining high customer service standards.
9) Oversee day-to-day sales processes and address operational issues promptly.
10) Ensure proper reporting and documentation of sales activities according to company SOPs.
11) Prepare and present sales reports to management with clear insights and recommendations.
12) Communicate targets, strategies, and updates effectively to maintain alignment within the team.

Preferred Qualifications

1) Proven experience in sales leadership or team management.
2) Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills.
3) Results-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
4) Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
5) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
6) Good teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
