Jawatan Kosong CUSTOMER SERVICE in Johor Bahru

Key Responsibilities

  • After-Sales Support: Resolve customer inquiries and post-purchase issues via phone and messaging with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Proactively notify and schedule filter replacement services for customers to ensure optimal product performance.
  • Case Management: Systematically track and follow up on every customer case according to company SOPs to ensure a 100% resolution rate.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate customer records and build long-term brand loyalty through excellent service.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer complaints.
  • A positive attitude and a goal-driven mindset.
  • [Advantage]: Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.

Benefits & Remuneration

  • Attractive Incentives: Competitive basic salary + Target Achievement Incentives + KPI Performance Bonuses. (Your extra effort is directly rewarded!)
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Flexible Work Schedule:
  • Alternating 5-day and 5.5-day work weeks.
  • Two weeks per month: 5-day week (Mon–Fri).
  • Two weeks per month: 5.5-day week (Mon–Fri + Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
  • Note: All staff are required to work if there is a 5th Saturday in a month.
  • Professional Training: Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
