Jawatan Kosong Finance Admin in Alor Gajah

A fast-growing manufacturing is looking for a capable and hands-on Plant-based Finance Manager to lead the account and finance operations and support strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and margin analysis.
• Partner closely with production, procurement, and operations teams to improve cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and audit standards.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or plant-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of costing, inventory management, and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
