Jawatan Kosong Cleaning Supervisor in Alor Setar

SKOP KERJA:

• Memimpin pasukan pembersihan untuk mencapai piawai kebersihan yang tinggi.
• Mengatur jadual dan tugasan harian untuk memastikan kecekapan dan keberkesanan.
• Melakukan pemeriksaan berkala untuk memastikan kualiti pembersihan yang konsisten.
• Menguruskan inventori dan peralatan pembersihan.
• Berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan pasukan dan pengurusan untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
• Membuat laporan pembersihan secara berkala.
• Bertanggungjawab kepada pasukan pembersihan dari segi kehadiran dan penggantian pekerja.

Kelayakan:

• Pengalaman dalam bidang pembersihan/penyeliaan atau jawatan yang berkaitan.
• Minimum SPM
• Kemahiran kepimpinan yang kukuh dan organisasi yang baik.
• Teliti dan memberi perhatian terhadap butiran.
• Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dan boleh bekerjasama dalam pasukan.
• Kemahiran pengurusan masa yang baik

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

• Alor Setar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
• Management: 1 year (Preferred)
