They will undergo on-the-job training and certification for job-specific procedures and ensure cleanroom organization meets EHS standards. Additionally, they will handle shipping matters, and documentation, and promptly respond to customer needs, including expedited shipments.
What will you be doing?
- In this role, the primary responsibilities involve performing all primary packaging tasks following cleaning processes for both metal and plastic components. The candidate must enforce closely to policies and regulatory requirements of an ISO 8/100k cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance and product traceability. They are responsible for line clearance, packaging, labelling, and promptly reporting any nonconforming material or quality issues to their supervisor. Additionally, proficiency in SAP transactions and generating shipping documents is required to streamline operational processes.
- Emphasizes training and continuous improvement initiatives. This includes maintaining safety practices within the cleanroom, participating in process improvement teams to improve efficiency, and upholding 5S practices on the shop floor for streamlined manufacturing functions. The candidate will also contribute flexibly across various areas as requested by the Team Leader, such as finishing, material deployment, and quality control, while diligently maintaining records and completing all required job-specific training.
What will you need to be successful?
The position requires a high school education or equivalent. Previous experience in cleanroom packaging or manufacturing is preferred. Key competencies include English communication proficiency, quick information assimilation, strong decision-making skills, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment. Physical requirements include lifting and carrying items of various weights and sizes, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and standing activities that involve the use of hands, wrists, and upper extremities.
