1. Penghantaran dan Pengambilan Dokumen
- Menghantar dan mengambil dokumen penting seperti surat, invois, kontrak, atau laporan ke lokasi tertentu seperti bank, pejabat kerajaan, atau pelanggan.
- Memastikan dokumen dihantar tepat pada masa dan diterima oleh pihak yang sepatutnya.

2. Urusan Pejabat
- Mengurus penghantaran barangan yang berkaitan dengan operasi pejabat, seperti alat ganti atau produk syarikat.

3. Tugas Kewangan
Menguruskan pembayaran bil syarikat, seperti bil elektrik, air, atau telefon.
Menjalankan urusan perbankan seperti deposit, pengeluaran wang, atau pemindahan wang.
Menghantar cek atau dokumen kewangan kepada pihak yang berkaitan.
- Dan lain lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan

SKOP KERJA HELPER
1. Pengurusan Produk
-Menyusun dan mempamerkan produk di rak, paparan, atau stor mengikut standard syarikat.
-Memastikan stok sentiasa mencukupi dan melaporkan jika ada kekurangan.
-Memeriksa dan memastikan barang dalam keadaan baik.
2. Kebersihan dan Penyelenggaraan
-Membersihkan kawasan kedai, termasuk rak, kaunter, dan ruang pelanggan.
-Memastikan persekitaran kedai kemas, bersih, dan selesa untuk pelanggan.
-Membantu dalam penyelenggaraan ringan seperti memastikan peralatan bekerja dengan baik.
3. Stok dan Inventori
-Membantu memunggah stok baru dari lori penghantaran ke stor atau rak kedai.
-Mengaturkan stok di stor dengan teratur dan mudah diakses.
-Membantu semasa aktiviti inventori, seperti pengiraan stok.
- Dan lain lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
