Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation Support

• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits.
• Assist in basic ingredient preparation as directed by chefs.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials.

Cleaning & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and utensils.
• Wash dishes, pots, and pans promptly.
• Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen tidy.

Stock & Supplies

• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
• Ensure kitchen areas are stocked with required utensils and ingredients.
• Report any shortages or damaged items to supervisor.

Team Collaboration

• Support cooks and chefs during busy hours.
• Follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow.
