Jawatan Kosong Evening Delivery Driver / Rider - Taiping in Kamunting

• KURIER PENGHANTARAN MALAM – SPX EXPRESS (SDD)

Jawatan ini adalah untuk penghantaran parcel Same Day Delivery (SDD).
Pendaftaran hanya dibuka seminggu sebelum tarikh lapor diri.

Syarat-syarat Kelayakan

• Warganegara Malaysia sahaja
• Umur antara 18 – 60 tahun
• Android phone diperlukan (Pengguna iPhone tidak diterima)
• Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri (Motor/Kereta/MPV/Van/1 Ton Lori Bonded)
• Lesen memandu yang sah
• Boleh hantar lebih 100 parcel sehari
• Boleh berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Melayu & Inggeris
• Lelaki & perempuan dialu-alukan
• Pengalaman dalam kerja kurier satu kelebihan

Waktu Bekerja

• 5:00 PM – 11:59 PM

Jenis Jawatan

• Full-Time Malam (FT-M))

Gaji Full-Time Malam (FT-M):

• RM1,700 (2 roda)
• RM1,800 (4 roda)
• Komisen parcel: RM1 – RM8
• Ada caruman EPF (KWSP) & SOCSO
• Bonus bulanan hingga RM1,400
• Tuntutan minyak RM0.23/parcel (4 roda)

Gaji Part-Time Malam (PT-M):

• Komisen parcel: RM2 – RM10
• Bonus mingguan RM300 bila capai 200 parcel

SOP Penghantaran

• 1. Punch in di hub pada waktu kerja
• 2. Setiap penghantaran mesti lengkap dengan POD (Proof of Delivery)
• 3. COD parcels – kutip bayaran dahulu sebelum serahkan parcel
• 4. Hujung hari – wajib kembali ke hub untuk punch out & serah semula COD dan parcel yang tidak dihantar.
