Waktu kerja: Isnin - Sabtu (7am - 3pm)

Tanggungjawab:

• Membantu dalam mengawasi operasi harian ladang termasuk kerja-kerja membaja, meracun, memotong buah, serta penggunaan jentera, sambil memastikan rekod data operasi harian disimpan dengan baik.
• Bekerjasama rapat dengan kakitangan perladangan untuk memastikan kelancaran operasi di lapangan.
• Memastikan pematuhan terhadap keselamatan di tempat kerja serta peraturan alam sekitar, kesihatan (ESH), dan undang-undang.
• Membantu pengurus dalam melaksanakan piawaian MSPO dan memastikan kerja mengikut Prosedur Operasi Standard (SOP) syarikat.
• Menguatkuasakan amalan keselamatan di tempat kerja dan membantu dalam melaksanakan langkah-langkah keselamatan yang diperlukan.
• Membantu Pengurus Ladang dengan tugasan ad hoc yang berkaitan dengan operasi ladang.
