Jawatan Kosong Project Site Assistant in Johor Bahru

Hiring for Project Site Assistant

Responsibilities: Help with daily tasks, at project sites and office for paper works.

Paper works related :

  • Follow supervisor’s instructions to complete site schedule.
  • Update daily and weekly project site schedule.
  • Update and report all the site progress daily.
  • Take site photos and report on renovation progress.

Assist in Site Supervision :

  • Follow up with contractors to monitor daily attendance.
  • Handle miscellaneous construction site related tasks.

On the Job Training will be provided to guide you through your responsibilities.

Do any additional tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh grad / 1 year related working experience required.
  • Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, etc).
  • Basic Mandarin , Bahasa Melayu communication skills for contractors and suppliers.
  • Must possess own transportation, occasional outstation duties.
  • Good communication skills, responsible, and outgoing personality.
  • Time Management skills.

工作要求:

  • 毕业生/1年相关工作经验。
  • 熟练掌握办公软件,如Microsoft Office(Excel,Word等)。
  • 与承包商和供应商进行基本的华语,马来语沟通能力。
  • 必须拥有自己的交通工具,偶尔的外地出差任务。
  • 良好的沟通技巧,责任心和外向性格。
  • 时间管理技能。
