About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team at RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD. As a Digital Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for our premium fragrance products. This full-time position is based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, FB Ads, Tiktok Ads, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and email marketing
• Optimising and maintaining the company's website to enhance user experience and improve search engine visibility
• Conducting in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies
• Analysing and reporting on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to continuously improve and refine campaigns
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless brand messaging and a cohesive customer experience
• Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implementing innovative strategies to drive growth

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the consumer products or e-commerce industry
• Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing software
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with search engine optimisation (SEO) best practices and experience in implementing SEO strategies
