TUGAS @ SKOP KERJA BAGI JAWATAN EXECUTIVE ASISSTANT CEO
1. Merancang dan menyusun atur jadual perjalanan, temujanji @ mesyuarat CEO & COO
2. Memantau projek & tugasan yang diarahkan oleh CEO & COO
3. Bertindak sebagai penghubung antara CEO & pihak tertentu seperti ejen umrah atau jabatan kerajaan (MOTAC, Tabung Haji dll.)
4. Menjadi orang tengah antara CEO dan kakitangan lain dalam menapis & menyusun keutamaan yang disampaikan kepada CEO
5. Membantu merancang, menyelaras & menyokong perlaksanaan program syarikat.
6. Menjadi penasihat bagi setiap program yg dijalankan.
7. Menyimpan & mengemaskini segala dokumen penting syarikat.
CIRI-CIRI YANG DIPERLUKAN
1. Mempunyai pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun dalam skop kerja EA @ SECRETARY.
2. Boleh berkomukasi dgn baik dan menjadi penghubung antara staff dan majikan.
3. Proaktif dan bijak menjaga Rahsia Syarikat.
4. Mempunyai pengetahuan asas dalam bidang perlancongan dan umrah
5. Berkebolehan berfikir secara kreatif dalam membantu utk pertumbuhan syarikat dan menyelesaikan masalah.
6. Berdisiplin dan tegas
7. JAWATAN INI DIBUKA KEPADA CALON LELAKI SAHAJA
8. BOLEH MEMANDU DALAM JARAK JAUH
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
