• Memberi bantuan seni bina kepada Arkitek Kanan / Arkitek Projek dalam membangunkan rancangan pembinaan.

• Menyediakan dan membangunkan susun atur, ketinggian, keratan rentas dalam lukisan pembinaan.

• Membantu pasukan seni bina dalam tinjauan dimensi bangunan.
• Gunakan nota tinjauan dalam lukisan seni bina dengan spesifikasi yang tepat.

• Gunakan perisian canggih seperti CAD atau ArchiCAD dalam menyediakan rancangan seni bina.

• Membantu dan menyokong arkitek dalam melaksanakan pelbagai projek seni bina.

• Berinteraksi dengan pelanggan untuk melaksanakan rancangan dan matlamat mereka dalam lukisan projek seni bina.

• Melaksanakan semua aspek proses dan isu seni bina.

• Mengekalkan semua lukisan seni bina, pelan, spesifikasi pelanggan dan nota tinjauan secara teratur.

• Memastikan pematuhan semua garis panduan dan piawaian seni bina.

• Untuk membantu Arkitek Kanan menyelaras mesyuarat.

• Menghadiri dan menyediakan minit mesyuarat.
