Maju Clay Transporter Sdn Bhd Job Vacancies Jun 2026

We are looking for a responsible and organized HR & Admin Executive to handle daily administrative operations and human resource functions. The candidate will be responsible for managing employee attendance, payroll support, staff records, leave management, document coordination, and general office administration.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly payroll
• Support statutory contributions processing (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and payroll compliance check
• Manage attendance, leave and HR documentation
• Coordinate and manage vehicle- related matters such as Puspakom inspections and monitoring of traffic summons.
• Monitor diesel usage and maintain related reports
• Prepare invoice and update Delivery order (DO)

Requirements :

• Diploma or degree in human resource, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
