Jawatan Kosong Quality Management Systems Engineer QMSE in Bayan Lepas

As a Quality Management Systems Engineer (QMSE) you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our quality management systems (QMS) in alignment with industry standards. You will play a key role on creating and managing quality documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and developing procedures that support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

· Hands-on capability to generate procedures/documentations and compile records as required for IATF 16949 certifications

· Conduct IATF 16949 awareness training to all employees and certify internal auditors

· Quality systems compliance implementations, such as ISO, and other regulations

· Facilitate customer quality audits and follow-up of actions to close all findings

· Support Internal Quality Audits and Document Controls on Product, Process & Quality Management System

· Promote continuous improvement throughout the company

· Customer Specifications review including thorough follow-up to close the review (support all sites – Malaysia, Germany & USA)

· Lead for ISO9001, IATF and ISO14001 audits and support customer audits

· Develop, implement, and maintain quality management system (QMS) documentation, including procedures, work instructions, quality control plans, and manuals.

· Conduct internal and external audits to ensure the QMS is maintained and compliant.

· Establish and monitor quality metrics and proactively address quality trends or issues.

· Create, document, and ensure adherence to quality procedures, work instructions, and quality control plans.

· Collaborate closely with the production and engineering teams to resolve any quality-related challenges and drive corrective/preventive actions.

· Manage customer complaints and non-conformance reports, leading investigations and providing solutions.

· Work directly with Quality Manager to align quality strategy with company goals and objectives.

· Experience in establishing and implementing QMS from scratch.

· Familiarity with wafer bumping and semiconductor packaging processes is an advantage.

Requirements:

· At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Electrical/ Electronic/Mechanical Engineering/ Physics/Chemistry/Industrial Engineering or equivalent

· More than 4 years experience in the semiconductors or electronics industry with at least 2 years experience in Quality Systems implementation ISO9001 and IATF 16949 Lead Auditor Certification.

· Experience working in startups and familiarity with the challenges of scaling quality systems. Proficiency in statistical tools for quality control (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).

· Exposure to cutting-edge wafer bumping and semiconductor packaging technologies.

· Strong attention to detail and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
