Jawatan Kosong Receptionist in Bayan Lepas

Neko Inu Veterinary Centre is currently looking for 1 full time Veterinary Receptionist who is compassionate, organised & a team player.

You will work at the front desk welcoming and checking in the clients with their furkids. The ideal candidate should be someone who believes in great customer service as we expect our clients & patients to be treated with utmost respect & courtesy.

Duties & Responsibilities includes:

• Provide customer service such as greet customers, answer questions, process incoming patients, and handle payments.
• Answer phone calls, which may involve answering questions and concerns.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email.
• Update and file patient records (computerised).
• Enter data into a computerised billing program.
• Process credit card payments and prepare bank deposits.
• Retrieve prescriptions.
• Assist with clinic supply purchases such as pet food, supplements, medications etc.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room.
• Work with the team during periodic stock take of the clinic.

Requirements:
