Fair Work (M) Sdn. Bhd. Recruitment Jun 2026

• Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the assigned territory.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, finance, product) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Handle client queries, issues, and feedback professionally and in a timely manner.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities or threats.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Apprenticeship

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
