We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chinese Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing a variety of Chinese dishes. Responsibilities include menu planning, ingredient sourcing, food preparation, and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. The chef will work closely with kitchen staff to create a dynamic and efficient kitchen environment.

Job Description:

• Ensuring that dishes meet high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency, and making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices.
• Managing food costs and minimizing waste by using ingredients efficiently and controlling portion sizes.

6 days week

Working hours – 6am – 330pm (morning shift) / 6pm – 330am (night shift)

Location – Bayan Lepas

- With Cafeteria Experience

- Leadership, planning, organizing and coordination skills
